- We’ll sit down with you and go over your plans. We’ll discuss the specifications and identify exactly what you want in your home.
- We’ll tabulate a budget. This is NOT the cost. This number will give you the worse case scenario. If this amount is within your budget we’ll proceed to the next step.
- At this point, we’ll collect an initial deposit and put the project out for bids. While we’re doing this you will meet with our lender. Within 30 days, you will have the actual cost of your home. You‘re loan should be approved based on the budget.
- You’ll close on the loan and we’ll begin building!
